Rebecca has been a change influencer for 12 years and was one of the first agile coaches in Lloyds , Rebecca has led a number of interventions across change & run but her last break through was designing and supporting colleagues to adopt the 100& agile strategy through applying a new change method and tooling that enable great agile practices

Vicky is the Agile Transformation Director at Lloyds Banking Group with a career spanning 28 years including all aspects of change.
Her passion for Agile working is being put to brilliant use as her team steer the Group towards 100% agility through use of JIRA Suite Tooling and a robust Method Strategy and Change Framework.
Along with members of her team, she’s joining us at Team ’24 Europe to share how Lloyds Banking Group transitioned to a platform operating model.

Change Tooling Product Owner, with 20 years of experience in technology change delivery and have always been associated with the portfolio and project management tools and agility framework. I have played a key role in both developing our new change framework, implementation and rollout of the tooling to support the framework across the organisation, whilst also designing our learning journeys to support the embedding of the tools.
Responsible for leading developments and improvements to our tooling suite to support the change framework. I am passionate about transformation of our journeys using emerging technology like cloud and Al.
