Born and raised in Tallinn, Estonia; graduated from the University of Tartu with a degree in English. Started working as a technical writer in 2003, later worked as Information Officer (technical pre-sales and ISMS/PCI-DSS audit support), Head of Documentation, currently in charge of the entire Atlassian Cloud tool stack at Riverty. Freelance translator with a few detours into journalism and standup comedy. Stage host for youth/pop culture conventions across the Baltic states.
Alana Muirhead
Process & Service Quality Lead, Riverty Group GmbH
Alana Muirhead is the Process & Service Quality Lead at Riverty, the FinTech company under the Bertelsmann Group. Since joining in September 2022, she oversees various platforms and applications, including the Atlassian Cloud tool stack. These tools are instrumental in optimizing team workflows, enhancing documentation practices, and fostering cross-functional collaboration within the organization. With a background as an IT consultant for international corporations across Germany, Alana holds a Master's in International Management and an MBA. She's continually developed expertise in areas such as Project Management and Design Thinking, obtaining certifications as a Scrum Master and Product Owner over the years.
Sarah Joshi
Head of Cloud Shift & Enterprise Adoption, Atlassian
Sarah Joshi is the Head of Enterprise Adoption and Cloud Shift at Atlassian, leading the team focused on helping Enterprise customers accelerate adoption of Atlassian cloud products across their organizations. Sarah has 14 years of experience in various product management and customer evangelism roles building software for teams of all sizes. Sarah is also a certified Prosci Adoption & Change Management Trainer and Consultant, having trained teams on 5 continents. She is based out of Seattle, WA.
