With over 22 years of experience in the IT software industry as a product executive, his passion is building successful products with great customer experiences and helping product teams truly enjoy what they do to produce exceptional results. Patrick has worked for market-leading software companies and small enterprises with international growth strategies. He has also advised global accounts and presented at international conferences on ITSM, BPM, and digital transformation. Patrick lives in Germany with his family and enjoys being a hobby-barista, guitar player, and football enthusiast.
