Tanguy has been in Atlassian's product team for 11 years, focusing on new product bets: 50% of them succeeded, 50% failed - and he's got the battle scars to prove it. He is the founder for Jira Product Discovery, which he drove from an idea on a whiteboard to one of the fastest growing products in Atlassian's history, with a fully remote team based in Europe. Tanguy frequently shares publicly what he learnt about setting product teams for success.

Catalin has been in many different design roles for over 20 years across various industries. Most recently he’s been leading the design team for Jira Product Discovery, helping scale and the product 30X from early beta and focusing on nailing the balance between a powerful set of features and a simple and enjoyable user experience.

Kostia is a dedicated product engineer with over three years of experience in the Jira Product Discovery team. He has been building the product from its alpha stage through to beta and GA. Kostia has contributed to various aspects of the product, with a recent focus on the PMs jobs-to-be-done stream of work. He is passionate about close collaboration with customers, engaging in user interviews and analyzing their feedback. Kostia enjoys working in fast-paced settings where he can quickly try out new ideas with customers.
