Do I need to pay for a year up-front?
All Strategy Collection contracts are billed annually to ensure you get the most impact from your investment. Our customers have shared that committing to at least a full year supports long-term success.
Do I need to purchase seats for each individual app?
Customers purchase seat counts for the whole Collection, not per app. Note: A user of one app who does not use the other apps, still counts towards the overall entitlement for the Collection.
Is it possible to purchase seats for only 1 of the apps?
Seats are purchased at the collection level and include all 3 apps.
Is Strategy Collection available on Cloud only?
An Atlassian Cloud entitlement is required, as Strategy Collection apps must be provisioned as part of an Atlassian org/site.
Is Atlassian Analytics included in Strategy Collection?
Cloud Enterprise Edition is required to have Atlassian Analytics.
Is there a free trial?
Strategy Collection does not offer a free trial as it’s best suited for large enterprises. During the sales process, our team will provide demos and details on how best to quantify the value of Strategy Collection.
Are other apps or collection required to purchase the Strategy Collection?
Jira Cloud Premium is a minimum requirement.
Customers on Free or Standard Jira editions will need to upgrade to purchase the Strategy Collection.
Are Advisory Services required with the purchase of the collection?
Advisory Services subscription plans are recommended to ensure success and adoption, but are not required to purchase the Strategy Collection.
